If you have extensive journalism, Recruiting, or HR experience, we want to talk to you. We’re looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, intensely curious people to perform in-depth job interviews for a variety of levels and industries.
We have multiple positions available. Payment is $8.25 per interview (max 3 interviews per hour). Minimum 15 hours/week - you pick your work slots and schedule adherence (attendance) is strictly monitored. All work is scheduled and performed via our web-based tools. Make sure you meet all the technical requirements for supporting your at-home work station prior to applying.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be using our technology platform to interview outstanding candidates for job fit. You’ll be interviewing our candidates via webcam from your home office. You’ll be working from a script drafted by our Account Managers but we need your expertise in making the interviews engaging and overall fantastic.
Some of the work you’ll be doing includes elements of traditional interviewing but a lot of it will be very outside of anything you’ve done before. You know how to think on your feet.
Required skills
- Professional communication skills
- Minimum 5 years experience recruiting/hiring for a variety of sectors
- Technically savvy is a must (our system is new and evolving)
- Dedicated home work space free from noise and distraction
- At least 18 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the US and currently reside in the US
- Able to pass a criminal background check
Computer requirements
1. A personal computer with at least 1 GHz processor or better
2. Cable Modem connection to the internet (minimum 1Mb/s upload and 1Mb/s download speed)

- DSL or other high speed connections are not acceptable because their true speeds vary throughout the day.
3. Interviewers must use a corded internet connection
- Wireless connection is NOT permitted because upload speeds drop dramatically in case of multiple users or nearby electronics (e.g., microwave use)
4. A minimum of 2 GB of RAM Memory
5. At least 1.3 video megapixel camera (2.0 video megapixel recommended) with USB 2.0
6. Latest version of Chrome and Firefox browsers
7. Latest version of Flash Player (10.1) installed
8. Headphones with microphone
